Date, place of birth may 20, 1989, Killangkulam.
I am in the 10th standard of the government higher secondary school in T.
Kallupatti.
When I grow older I want to be a drawing and painting artist. I like drawing and
painting very much and make many pictures wherever I can.
I come to the IFC center to learn to speak English and because I like being
here.
Before I came to the IFC center, I was always getting into trouble when I
was not in school, fighting and mischief. That was also because I do not live
with my parents. I used to live with my grandparents in Killankulam, my parents
and sister Laksmi (12) live in another village an hour away from here.
When my grandfather was a watchman for a while at the IFC center I started
sleeping here as well, now that my grandfather is not a watch man anymore I
still sleep here and I hardly ever go to my grandparents house.
I like it here because I get a lot of attention and I have the opportunity to
make drawings with good color and drawing pencils.
I also like to play cricket and soccer and swimming, which is also well
supported at IFC
My father is a flower man
I would like to help to make sure that all children have the opportunity to go
to school until they are at least 16. And I would like to help educate people
how to keep their surrounding clean and respect each other.
